The Hickory Black Pepper, Chili Lime and Mandarin Orange flavors are kettle cooked beef jerky. The Hickory Black Pepper is infused with just the right amount of spicy cracked black pepper. It also has a slightly smoky flavor. The Chili Lime has the tangy taste of zesty lime with the spicy bite of chili. The Mandarin Orange has a natural orange flavor and sweetness.
The Teriyaki, Korean Barbecue and Grilled Barbecue are flame grilled pork jerky. The teriyaki is my all time favorite. The blend of soy sauce, spices and sugar marinated teriyaki is just irresistible and mouth watering. I opened the bag of Grilled Barbecue and it immediately became one of my favorites. Beef and pork jerky have become my and my hubby’s favorite snacks, especially when we go fishing. We haven’t eaten them up yet because we are saving them for the start of fishing season here in northern Minnesota.
